Hello - my name is Leann - I've been with SP now for just about 15 months. I've lost 13 lbs., but would like to lose another 10 or so.... I turned 55 yrs old in August and had been tracking food and exercise off and on for the last several months, but now I'm back to tracking daily. I want to get these last 10 lbs. off for good!! I have 8 grandchildren - all of whom I adore. Glad to be part of another team. I don't post often, but read what people are saying.

My name is Michelle. Just turned 50 in September and have struggled with my weight most of my life. I need to get serious and finally do something about it. I'm the primary care taker of my mother, so I am home almost all the time and that doesn't help. I have no excuses for why I don't exercise, except that I don't like to do it since it so hard because of my weight. At one time I drank at least 2 Pepsis a day, but have been down to 2 a week since like April or May, I believe. So that is an accomplishment.
