I am new to this team and need to get back on track. I joined Sparkpeople in April and was doing pretty good and lost 25 lbs but the past couple of months have been a little rough. I have not been working out or really watching what I am eating. I have gained back 5 lbs and feel flabby. I am hoping for encouragement and know I have others standing with me on this challenge.
