HELLO MDUEMIG I CAN RELATE TO CAREER DIETER. I'VE TRIED WW WHICH WORKS IF YOU DO IT. THE THING IS NEVER GIVE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU HAVE BAD DAYS. DRINKING 8-10 CUPS WATER REALLY HELPS. YOU WILL GET LOADS OF SUPPORT HERE. GOOD LUCK!!! emoticon

Hi all... I say I am a career dieter because I go up and down over and over. I had gastric bypass surgery 7 years ago and lost 113#, but over the last 3 years, I have put back on 44 of it. I am trying to stop the cycle. So, one of the things I really have never tried are the message boards and am wondering how these boards have helped. I am a single woman, so keeping on track is a lonely proposition. I guess I am looking for support and ideas from all of you.... I am actually following the Atkins plan because it is the closest to post surgery Gastric Bypass diets. I know most is probably water, I have lost 3 # since Monday and am really psyched and want to remain that way!!!! :)

Lord, help me to make this the last time!!! :)
