I've been away for about 2 years. Need to get back into this

Willingness and courage are essentials in change. Humans tend to fear the unknown and to veiw it as a threat.Today I chose to see the necessary change as an adventure. This will help to accept the fear as something positive and good.
Baby steps are sometimes the only ones that can be taken,

Hi Mary Jane, welcome to the team. Walking is my exercise of choice also. It really does work and is one of the best exercises you can do. You also need to incorporate some strength training, muscle burns fat!!

Hello my name is mary jane I am from New Hampshire a mother of 3 with a wonderful husband who supports me . Afew years ago everything changed in my life and gues what I gained 40 lbs. I broke my ankle and then developed clots and then a nerve disorder. I cannot take the cold anymore but still get out to walk my two dogs 3 times a day. I have promised myself that I will lose the weight and keep it off this time and stick to my plans and goals.
