After dinner...I'm going to do some aerobics while watching a 30 min tv show. After that, I will do my arm sculpting video again. :-)

Drink less Creamer Laden Coffee !! I swear, it is my biggest hurdle !!! I have had 3 16oz. cups so far today. That's pretty darn good for me ( for those of you who are unaware of my vast coffee consumption ). :-)

I downloaded a really good Arm Sculpting video onto my iPad yesterday and I plan on doing it twice today. ( I put the link in a blog also ). I am such a weakling, I need to work on that ! Lol

I checked and tweaked my workout routine for tomorrow (on JEFit.com). Looking forward to my "Olympic Day" workout: Cleans warmup, Clean and Push-up Ladder, Clean and Jerk and then a circuit training - Wall Balls, Plate push, Burpees and Broadjumps. It's going to be a killer, I can't wait!

For every cup of coffee I drink, I have to drink two cups of water.
Hopefully this will slow down my coffee & creamer consumption.

I'm sitting here drinking my coffee thinking about getting my workout clothes on and doing my strength routine! Yikes! Some days I'd rather be a couch potato. emoticon
I haven't missed a day of working out since October 15th and a couple of days ago I thought, "nobody will know if I take the day off..." Well, that kind of thinking will help me put pounds on instead of help me become the healthy person I want to be....watch out for the couch potato monster! :)
