Well I'm starting this process over again. I am determined to succeed this time. I have more confidence in myself and I have more tools and information to helpme succeed.. Quit is not in my vocabulary.

This is my second time of trying spark people emoticon . I feel that this will be my last time. I have committed myself to really work on my goal; to eat better and to become more active. We are in this together and with the help of each other we can succeed. emoticon

Welcome rto the team. You will be able to attain your goals. Being healthy is the best par. I know my body will never be the same shape and size it was in my early 20s, but I am much healthier tody than I was 3 years ago

You can do it!! I just turned 50 too and have the same thoughts and goals as you. This is also my 2nd time sparkpeople...I really like it better then anything else. We Can Do It emoticon

My desire to be healthy and thin us always there, but my desire to do anything is not. I just turned 50 and am so tired of feeling tired and slugish. So, I"m trying to do some small things at a time. I just restarted yesterday . But, I'm going to give it my all :)
