If you click' Community' on top right then click on spark pages, you'll see ' view your spark page' and ' edit my spark page' on right... you should find what you're looking for. good to have you aboard !

On your spark page you can add your own weight ticker, pics etc..

I just joined Sparkpeople. Where do I find the clip art that shows where you are starting with your weight and working towards your goal. I noticed that clip art on several posts.

Doing better each day. Day two. Drank more water than usual...5 glasses compared to 0. Doing better on the number of calories eaten. Still going over needed amount...but a lot better than stuffing my face. Excited to be a part of the Sparkpeople gang. It's great hearing from other in the same shoes as you. Hope everyone had a great day.

Welcome welcome.....you are on the right track....baby steps and one at at a time. It works. Set small goals, and if you do not make one, just put it out again for the next goal. These small steps lead tothe final goal

Just started Sparkpeople today. I have drank 4 glasses of water today for the first time forever. I have also stayed with in my calorie range too. I am excited and ready to make small steps to get to my final goal. Would love to talk with others everyday along this journey. Best Wishes to All.
