I'm happy to report that since I made my commitment to work out every day for at least 20 minutes, (on October 15th) I've kept with it. What that means is that I need to even go so far as to commit to getting up in the morning before I go to bed in order to have the time to follow through. If I leave it up to chance it is easy for me to make excuses and find a way out and hit the snooze button...but making the commitment the previous evening, helps me to follow through. So, I'm committing to finding a way to work out no matter what. Yesterday, my husband said, "well if you're going to do this every day, then so am I!" I'm happy to see his commitment. I feel good that I've been able to follow through...and hopefully this won't be just another brief obsession that I give up on! I think if I take it one day at a time I can do this. In addition to the emotional benefit, I feel better already and my clothes are fitting better!!!! Thanks for being here!
