I apologize in advance if this is a question with an obvious answer but have you talked to your OBGYN and/or surgeon about a food plan?

I believe in myself, I am a strong woman. I will reach my goals, I will live my life with integrity and intention. I will set a good example for my daughters and my son. I will be a woman that makes my grand children proud when they look at pictures of me long after I've left this earth.

Hi! My name is Jessie and I am 36. I unexpectedly needed a radical hysterectomy during bladder removal surgery in 2015 (due to past bladder surgeries, my bladder was literally stuck to my reproductive organs by scar tissue and adhesions). During my surgery recovery, I developed a severe blood clot in my lung, so I am unable to take HRT for surgical menopause.

I am having so much trouble losing weight since that surgery, no matter what I have done. Its like my weight wants to stay right at 304 lbs. It never goes higher or lower, just stays at this number. I don't know what to do to fix this! Any ideas?
