Am I pleasantly happy that I found this team?! emoticon

This menopause thing has thrown me for a loop! emoticon I turned 45 years old a year and a half ago and, with it, came an additional 10 lbs (pretty much retained to my mid-section and hips), a belly and a rapid decline in energy. emoticon emoticon emoticon I have been active all my life, eat a vegetarian diet (since my teenage years) / vegan diet (for the past 6 years) and have never had to worry about my weight. Now, I am struggling with fatigue, difficulty concentrating, dizziness, weight gain and bloating. emoticon emoticon emoticon And, most recently, debilitating crashing fatigue. emoticon It's freaking me out! emoticon

Looking forward to sharing and learning...and, being a part of something that is very real.
