Lost 110 pounds so far! i am loving it!
I am now exercising 50 mins a day working up to 60 ! Keeping active is so important!

Hi JAEMERY. I'm pretty new to this team, too, so I don't have that much wisdom to offer, but it does seem as though getting that extra activity every week really makes a difference. When I meet my fitness goals (which I set pretty high in terms of fitness minutes), I usually see some kind of loss on the scale. And fiber, and water, yes. :)

I am not new to SparkPeople, but am new to this team and to Menopause! I'm technically in peri-menopause but am already finding it much more difficult to continue to lose weight. I've started increasing my exercise and am now trying to find time daily rather than a few times a week. I'm adding fiber and decreasing calories. Anything else anyone here recommends? I'd love to learn from your experience! Thanks, everybody!
