We can work on this journey together. I really look forward to the day I can wear a size 12 and take off my ring during manicures! I don't think 66 pds will take that long. I'll let you know if I lost weight on this Saturday. emoticon

Good Luck! And share as you find it working cause I am feeling frustration myself. I just rejoined after being away for a few years and I'm hoping that I will have success. About 8 years ago, over a 6 month period, I lost 15 pounds and was thrilled and looking good. Slow but sure it's come back and now I have the menopause thing going on and am feeling very stuck. No matter how much exercise or new eating guidelines I follow I can't budge...but I'm going to be trying a bit more committed here and see if we can learn to jump this challenge.

Hi all,

I joined Spark about a week ago. I went through menopause about 2 years ago and lost weight-went from size 25 to size 16. Unfortunately I stopped at size 16 about 8 months ago. I've tried everything to lose the weight to no avail. I cut my calories, increased my workout...nothing worked! I just researched menopause today and will try some new things. I purchased flaxseed, zinc, more veges, lowfat dairy, and lean meat (turkey and chicken). I hope this works! I only have 66 pds left to go.
