Hello to all. I've been dealing with some health issues over the past few months and gained about 25 lbs. I weigh more now than I ever have. Just got back on the diet plan this week. Since they are still adjusting some of my meds I'm not going to start back into the cardio and weight training till next week at the earliest. It's going to be hard for me to remember to start slow. I have a tendancy to go all out when I'm feeling good and then it backfires and I'm down for a few weeks. Hope you are all enjoying the holiday season.
