I wish I could help you but I am having the same issues and my dr told me that I need to cut back on my calories more! It is so hard!

I am 60 and the only way i lose is mixing it up and really working out.. i do running and walking on treadmill and that was one big factor in losing weight..

loving myself as i am beautiful inside and out!!! Think positive .. you can do it!!!..... i do care.��Life is not easy for any of us, but what of that? We must have perseverance and, above all, confidence in ourselves.� � Don't give up we all can do this!!
Lost 110 pounds so far! i am loving it!
I am now exercising 50 mins a day working up to 60 ! Keeping active is so important!

menopase plays havik with your system. I am going thru the same thing. Plus you may not be eating enough cals. for your burn. Stick with it. The scale isn't everything.

I am eating 1300 calories a day. Good things no junk, eating 5 small meals. I am doing cardio daily, and
weights every other day. I lost 5 pounds, that is it. Then I gain a pound, lose the pound, and gain back again. Never
to progress further. What is going wrong?? I am 49, need to lose 75 pounds, hypothyroid, take my meds for that daily. Any thoughts?
