Hospitals are terrific for traumatic care; for acute care. They do a really, really good job in saving lives when it's a sudden bleeding emergency. But in terms of chronic care, they're terrible; (that is) in terms of the illnesses that most people have, endure, that cost the most money, that last the longest and ultimately die from. -Dr. Andrew Saul

Consult not your fears but your hopes and your dreams. Think not about your frustrations, but about your unfulfilled potential. Concern yourself not with what you tried and failed in, but with what it is still possible for you to do." - Pope John XXIII

Hello. I've been eating clean (most of the time, at least) for about 2 years now. It's nice to find this forum, as I'm a bit of a foodie and always looking for new recipes. I have a lot of clean recipes to share and will try to post some when I get a chance. I don't eat 100 percent clean but most of our meals and snacks are clean. Still working on smaller portions and less sweets (I don't eat many junkie sweets, but the clean sweets sure can add up too!). I look forward to reading more!
