HI, EVERYONE,

THIS IS MY 2ND TIME COMING BACK AND I'M REALLY NERVOUS.
I REALLY NEED TO DIET BETTER AND TO LEARN HOW TO DESTRESS.. I HOPE I AM IN THE RIGHT PLACE.

sure are glad you are with us. stress sure makes me eat so i have taken sheris suggestions and put them in a jar. when i am ready to stressed out and want chocolate ( my devil) i reach in the jar and pull out one of the choices and do it. it has helped love your icon.

Have been with SparkPeople for a while now but have not gotten very far and am really to beginning a new start with the new year. Just discovered this team and just maybe with some stress relief I will be more up to working on other challenges.
