If you haven't already, it's helpful to read through the Getting Started Guide. Click on My Tools at the top of this page, then Start. The guide is at the top of the page. It will provide lots of info for getting started. It's especially helpful to use the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers. Most people find it helpful to join some teams for support as well.

I did as well, about 2 weeks ago. This is an active team with daily challenges, many very helpful. Keep going, fighting the good fight-as you take care of yourself, you will notice that those around you reap benefits, it helps us all.
