If you haven't already, it's helpful to read through the Getting Started Guide. Click on My Tools at the top of this page, then Start. The guide is at the top of the page. It will help you set up your Spark page and provide lots of info for getting started. It's especially helpful to use the Nutrition and Fitness Trackers.

WELCOME JANECOUNT!!!!! Glad you have joined us. I'm sure once you get going things will pick up for you. When I first started with my Healthy Journey, my doctor told me it would be a slow but steady process. It has ups and downs but mostly it is an even ride. my name is jane.I joined sparkpeople afew months ago and made no attempts to workout or change diet.This morning I weight my self and did not belief that two pounds added.I was checking the messages and I read inspiring stories and Feel so fired.I am not turning back.Any motivational support appreciated.Thanks.
