Go to the Team's homepage. Under the Forum General Team Discussion Forum you will find:
STRESS RELIEF DAILY CHALLENGE. This is where SP_NANCY posts a challenge for us to try for each day. Copy and paste it or write it down so you remember to try it.

List ONE thing you do to alleviate stress
This is a thread to help people see what others do to deal with stress. Try and post a positive way of dealing with stress and not a harmful one. This is also to help you work your mind to find out what YOU enjoy doing and could try doing when you are feeling stressed.

RESOURCES FOR BETTER STRESS MANAGEMENT
This is where articles of interest are posted that Team Members may find helpful. It has SparkPeople articles on Stress posted so you don't have to go and find them. It has links to calendars of ideas to try something new every day to cope with your stressors.
It also has other inspirational items that might spark an interest or give you something to think about or even make you feel better and less stressed.

STRESS RELIEF DAILY CHALLENGES
This is where we post how we think we did on the daily challenges that SP_NANCY posts each day. We discuss how we did, or did not do. Did it work .... etc.

some of the items so far have been to journal, exercise, do imaging, call a friend, or as i always to, come to the sparkpeople site and chat or read articles. best of luck to you

Ann, go to the Group's Homepage. Look under the Forums for STRESS RELIEF DAILY CHALLENGES Forum. Each day, SP_NANCY posts a new challenge for us. We DO NOT REPLY IN THAT THREAD. Instead we go to the General Team Discussion Forum and to the thread Stress Relief Daily Challenge Discussion Forum.
So each day has a new challenge in it and we have our own forum for discussing it. We also have other forums for different topics to check out and respond in. I suggest you look arond the group and see what is available here for you. I think you will be surprised what kind of help you will find and the kindness of the friends you will make.

I just joined the challenge and am trying to understand what the challenge is. From what I have read it looks like we each find out own way of relieving stress. My past relief was to eat but I am now needing to find another way. I work at 40 hr week as a call center supervisor and some days I could eat forever. If anyone has any suggestions it would be greatly appreciated.
