Welcome the the team CHERYLRENEE64! I hope you enjoy it and find some ideas to cope with stress that you deal with. If we all share together our ideas and not focus on the stresses, I think it will be a far better and more positive experience!

Hi there.
I'm Lani, a total newbie. I live in Nova Scotia and am always looking for new ways to reduce stress. I find that stress reduction is a lot like weight training in that you do something, it works, and then you reach a plateau and need to add new tasks or up the anti in some way.
I'm looking forward to the challenge.

I just started Sparkpeople this year, and I love it! I am a 44 y/o married mother of 3, and grand mommy of 1. I have been dealing w/the effects of stress in my life for about 11 years, I am always looking for ways to deal with it, and eventually I hope to eradicate the excess stress in my life. Thank you for this challenge!
