Hi all,
I am joining this group b/c I need some fun, creative and, of course, healthy ideas for lunch. I just got a Bento lunch box as my 5# weight loss reward, and now I'd like to focus on eating well at lunch. I'm a high school teacher (with no cafeteria at my private school) so I always pack my lunch. Usually it is leftovers, but that gets boring at times, so I rely on pnb/jelly sandwiches....but that, too, doesn't inspire. I want to celebrate my lunch time meal and truly enjoy it. I also need to increase lunch time protein and decrease fat calories.
I'm looking forward to interacting with everyone.
