....try to keep my stress on low--as started the day with the furnace not working, dense fog and icy roadways so the half an hour drive to work this morning should be interesting, to say the least, but determined to stay as positive as possible and take things come as they may.

..organize the fridge and medicine cabinet a bit, check on basic household cleaning items that are running low and add items needed on my shopping list, and, as I didn't get to shopping yesterday like I thought, we'll see how today goes weather-wise and maybe do my run downtown today. Need to get everything ready for back to work tomorrow, so I'll get my clothes ready today, make sure my car is good on gas, so I'm set for tomorrow morning. But I'm set not to feel that I need to get everything done and end up only stressing myself out.

...laundry is in the washer/dryer (my set household task for today), have a few phone calls to return to medical specialists and then may go downtown to shop around a bit--few things on the list to get--but going to take the day and how I feel as it comes. No Stress Allowed!!!
