I was diagnosed with PCOS about two years ago. I have recently really listened to my new dr about my health and weighloss (Since a Jan 16 appointment) and have cut out breads, grains, starches and dairy from my diet. I have lost 18 pounds as of today since Jan 16 (2013).

I focus by every day cooking a meal, with tons of fresh or frozen veggies or fruit and lean meats. I also snack on celery all day long to curb hunger. I also started working out. It varies from one time a week for an hour to three times a week for an hour. My goal is three times a week for an hour.

My goal is to be down to 195 by July for my wedding!
