Welcome and best wishes! There is a lot of good information here, so definitely read through some of the topics, and ask questions if you have them!

Welcome back! For me, I also had that moment of, "you've got your diagnosis. Next!" I knew I had to do something, but didn't really give it my all. In fact, I still need to do better but at least I've picked up my momentum with exercising more consistently. I have found that following a low carb diet has been really difficult for me, but I know it is a must. I can't just watch what I eat and exercise a bit to see results. I have to be super diligent about both. I have managed to decrease one med and eliminate another as a result of positive lifestyle changes, and that has been a goal for years! Now the challenge is to stay healthy enough to continue without those meds. I've got a big chunk of weight to lose still before I feel comfortable enough to TTC. We have to work hard, but the results will be worth it! Best wishes to you! emoticon

I was diagnosed with PCOS last year and I left it at that...a diagnosis! I'm glad I have found other women who share it and hopefully I can learn more about it through you all.
