Hi. I've come on to this because I'm unhappy with my weight and how unhealthy I feel. I've been yo yo dieting for over 12 years. I've joined diet classes, had gym memberships all having some effect at the time but life seems to get in the way and I go back to old habits. I also have PCOS so tend to but on weight easily.
Since Christmas I have controlled my weight a bit just by watching my portions. I have lost about 7lb since then without really trying. I decide that all I need now is a bit of a push then I could really start losing weight a keep it off.
I saw a picture of myself at my brothers wedding and a mistook myself for my pregnant friend. So I decided to strike when the iron is hot. I don't care if I lose the weight really slowly. I just want it off and off for good. I also want to get fit again. Maybe start running again and/or cycle to work but I don't feel fit enough just yet.
