Hey! Welcome to the team! Joining Spark People and making the decision to do something about your life is already a step in the right direction. I was diagnosed with PCOS about five months ago myself, but have only in the past two weeks decided to change my life.

Already, I'm feeling better about myself by watching my calorie intake and exercising daily. I personally love kickboxing, so I've been doing Turbo Jam. Your diet will all depend on what you are hoping to loose and in what time frame. I'm looking to loose 100 pounds by the end of the year, so I'm on a 1500-1700 calorie a day diet and doing at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. I try to do 45 minutes when I have the time.

I've actually been surprised how much I want to stick to things after losing 5 pounds my first week! Just stay positive and keep up the good work! Good luck! ~Bekah~

Hi everyone,
I was just diagnosed with PCOS about a week ago. I'm trying to learn the best way for diet and exercise to get it under control of course. I was really amazed when I started looking for groups and found so many dedicated to PCOS. I am proud to join your group and I look forward to becoming a part of everything.
