Kind of off topic, but have a Gazelle brag. A friend's Mom got a Gazelle after trying ours. She has had surgery & health issues & can't do country walks like she used to. Found a used one on Craigslist & is down 15 lbs so far & doing 20 minutes! I can't even do 20 minutes! yet.

Her husband has heart issues & has been able to reduce his meds since starting using the Gazelle. His doctor was startled with the progress. Not bad for a $25 investment.

emoticon I think the Gazelle deserves more respect. Maybe if you're a runner or doing PX90, it may not be the best choice. But for some of us, it really fills a need.

Back on the thing. 2 5 minute sessions, building up! Had a flu bug from **** for weeks. Didn't get one this winter, just the whole of Spring!
