To the team!!! As far as exercise goes, I was injured when I started Sparks and had a very hard time as I had a bulging disc which was pinching my sciatic nerve. My pain management doctor told me to swim. I don't know what kind of injury you have or where you live,if you have access to a heated pool. It seriously burns a lot of calories and is easy on your joints. It worked really great for me and kicked off my weight loss. I still swim in the summer as it really burns the calories. I ended up really loving it! Good luck on your journey.
