Hi! I'm not that new to Spark People, but I started new a couple of weeks ago. It was here on SP I got an advice to try Walk Away the Pounds workout and I absolutely loved it. I don't have a DVD, because here where I live (Norway) they don't sell them, so I need to use YouTube videoes, but I guess it should be ok. So I wanted to say hello to all great walkers out there!
