I've been dealing with what seems like an increasing number of food sensitivities and intolerances. I saw an allergy doctor this week who recommended I continue with no dairy and an anti-inflammatory/ketogenic diet. Both of which are new to me, but I was coping... BUT he diagnosed shingles, which had started about 3 days before I saw him. I'm supposed to follow his recommendations so I can have more successful allergy testing done in 3 weeks, but in the meantime, I want to do everything I can to minimize the shingles. I'm finding that for the most part the two diets contradict each other.

Trying to find the middle ground... things that are allowed and beneficial on both diets is crazy making to say the least. Does anyone have suggestions for maybe an app or something to input both diets and see what they have in common that I can eat? Thanks in advance!
