Hi I am just starting on here although I have signed up several times. Its a little challenging. I am definitely allergic to wheat ,oats and dairy products . I don't even need to take a pulse test lol I have known since I was really little . You mention alternating diets so you don't become intolerant to other foods. Ive never hear d that before. Thank you for that info. I probably have around 30-50 to lose and I have had foot surgery blew out my ankle on the tennis courts . Not fun because for 6 weeks cant even put foot down after surgery . How much weight have you lost or do you even need to lose weight?

Hi all. I hope I joined the right team. I don't have allergies, but since starting the Beat Candida plan I have discovered I have some food intolerances. At least I think I have. I think I'm intolerant to wheat and oats and also have a slight intolerance to Greek yoghurt. I'm in the process of testing other foods using the pulse test as described in the Beat Candida cookbook.

I looked for a spark team dealing with intolerances but couldn't find one, which surprised me. Actually I was initially looking for one for people who do rotation diets to prevent further intolerances arising. I'm looking into doing that at the moment. I did also join the Grain Brain and Wheat Belly teams recently. Waiting for those books to arrive so I can learn more.

Oh and by the way, since starting the Beat Candida plan 5 weeks ago I've lost 12 pounds. In week 4 I lost 3.25 pounds and last week I also lost 3.25 pounds. I never lost so much weight in one week before (except the first week or two of a new diet). I know the Beat Candida cuts out a lot of stuff (sugar, fruit, yeast, cheese, milk, and a whole load of other stuff), but I have been ridiculously content with what I am eating because I know it's making me well.
