Our family is rift with food allergies and sometimes it is a chore to make meals but we get it done nevertheless. After doing this for over 15 years you'd think it'd be easy by now. We've even had to cut out what types of cookware and storage containers we use due to some non-food related allergies.

My allergies: Gluten, Dairy, Eggs (white and yolk), Chicken, Soy, Peanuts
Son 2: severe environmental allergies
Son 3: Yeast, Red & Yellow food dyes
Daughter 1: Broccoli
Daughter 2: severe environmental allergies
Daughter 3: Seafood
Son 4: Dairy
Daughter 4: Dairy, Gluten, Eggs

Three of the children are about to have some tests done so this list may expand. I'm hoping and praying that DH will go in and be tested but I suspect he is afraid to find out he might have to make changes.

Anyway, looking forward to learning and sharing alike.
