Hi everyone, I have been dealing with environmental allergies since my twenties, and more recently dogs, and honeybee stings.
Now, I just was diagnosed with egg allergy. I am not allergic to nuts, peanuts, or milk. I am being tested for wheat and soy next week.
My face breaks out badly with different foods, and it has been so hard to pinpoint. I am in my mid 50's so acne is not the issue, it is a reaction, and now that I found out about the eggs for certain, I at least feel like I have an answer.
I am having a hard time creating a balanced diet, and have been constantly getting sick with colds, sinus trouble, congestion, coughing in the last few months as well.
I HATE allergies. Yes, I keep my epipen with me daily, bees AND eggs now.
