I have most of your same allergies plus a few more...I eat a lot of Asian food minus the soy sauce (Stir fry, Thai food, etc. Sushi--all which I usually have to make myself). I use a lot of garlic and ginger as my seasoning for everything from homemade dressings to sauces (I can't have any onions, soy, or corn, so that lets out any stocks or bullions, and most seasoning mixes & salad dressings of any kind.) We also grill a lot, again with mostly just garlic, salt and one certain brand of Montreal seasoning I can use that has no onion or soy.

One of my go-to salad dressings/ bbq marinade is:

1/4 c olive oil, 2 tbls water, 1 tsp balsamic vinegar (I have to be very stingy with any sugar or fruit products), 1/8-1/4 tsp garlic (either crushed or powder), 1/8 tsp salt, dash of crushed pepper. To this base ADD any of the following ingredients:

1-2 tsp prepared coarse spicy mustard INSTEAD of vinegar (I get a brand with no sugar or additives)
1-2 tsp agave (the only sugar product I can handle, but I must use in small amount. You could add actual honey.)
This makes a Honey mustard.

OR
1 tsp all-fruit jam (I can only eat a few fruits, so I use the kinds I can eat. Each kind give it a slightly different flavor depending on which you use.)

OR
1 tsp fresh grated ginger
1 tsp lime (instead of vinegar)
1 tsp agave

To any of these, I sometimes add red pepper to give it a kick and a change. Eating the same thing gets so boring--I like variety, but with so little to choose from, I have to shake it up somehow!

-Chinese stir-fry with the veggies you eat + chicken or pork (make your own sauce with corn starch + water + spices: ginger & garlic).
-Baked potatoes topped with turkey & cranberries
-Chicken Marsala on polenta
-Baked fish in foil with carrots & peas
-Fish tacos in corn tortillas with cabbage
-Chicken or pork tamales
-Shepard's Pie with turkey or chicken
-Tom Ka Soup
-Stew: potato based!
-Wienerschnitzel (use potato starch flour instead of bread crumbs) & cabbage

Serve everything with a side of fruit salad, obviously!

I would also try googling "recipe" and then listing the ingredients you eat!
Or look up recipes by ingredients on allrecipes.com , food.com , cooks.com , or even http://recipes.sparkpeople.com !

My roommates mother used to make us a great dinner with a baked potato as the base.
We would take a backed potato (and mashed it down on our plate), cover it with fresh greens (we used lettuce or spinach), pour a sweet and sour dressing over it (oil, vinegar, and sugar), and then topped with bacon pieces.

She would sometimes add slices of hardboiled eggs, but I see that you're allergic to the eggs...but your family could add them.

I am allergic to so much that eating with my family is unheard of! I am allergic to gluten, dairy, soy, beef, eggs, --- Its easier to say what I can have.
I CAN HAVE - chicken, pork, turkey, fish. Strawberries, apples, bananas, cranberries. Cabbage, peas, potatoes, broccoli, carrots. Pumpkin seeds, coconut, olive oil. Seriously that is about it. I can occassionaly have corn and chocolate.

Any meal ideas that my family will also enjoy???
