I too use the nutrition tracker and the fitness tracker. I've also found that the different spark teams I'm a part of have really started to help! They definitly keep me motivated!

Welcome from Southeastern PA.

My best suggestion for you is to use the nutrition tracker faithfully. Cheating even a little bit is a slippery slope to failure (believe me, I know from experience). Then, add the fitness tracker. Set a goal for yourself (such as walking 10 minutes per day) and stick to it. Get yourself a good pedometer. I am now addicted to mine.

Wow, this has been fun! I have found so many things to do & helpful resources on sparkpeople.com.
I am eager to learn how to put sparkpeople to work for me in every way possible. I want to get tools, tricks, secrets, motivation, & tips from users like you. Eventually I want to be able to share my own!
I am on day 2...my goal is to make sparpeople a lifestyle change that is consistent & second nature...not just a "weight loss" program.
