Thanks Debbie Anne! I feel overwhelmed by all this info & just wondering if I can get this right this time. I really wanted to do Jenny Craig but couldn't afford the meals within my budget. So I am scared without that structure I will fail yet again. Ok...with that being said I am going to try & take one day at a time.
