In agreement: I love a quiet tea time. Yesterday I blogged away about tea and all things tea-ish after I visited a local Tea Shoppe with all the bells and whistles.
I will remember to brew a cuppa, rather than look in the cupboard for empty sugary calories or ones with fats and salt.
Let's be lovely to be with, gentle and friendly! I'd love a cup of tea right now but I am at work.
This morning, I made up a warm maccha (tea powder) in my soy milk and cherished it from the first sip to the last!
