Hey LAVAL....welcome to the team....
Great to have you with us....

The simple start only came in recently and i had already got to my goal so didn't use it....however it is the one I prefer as i don't have to count points and as long as I have my plate sorted right i am sweet...
Personally i find it easier as I eat out a lot......and I can have a snack and a wine within my points each day.....

I have heard that it works well and people lose weight......

I joined WW Wednesday its 3 days now ,its a little confusing the simple start without counting points, I cant wait next week to weight myself, its funny that I feel guilty every time I eat I find too much freedom ,anyway I will do it for 2 weeks and will see.
Did anybody did the simple start for 2 weeks, did you loose weight? please let me know. emoticon

Thanks! I did pretty well during the Super Bowl... just had laughing cow light cheese, some turkey pepperoni and reduced fat ritz. But I will be officially starting WW tomorrow as I have to go to the grocery store today and get everything for my week's menus.

emoticon Greeneyes. I also have green eyes. I do just what GoozleBear recommends. Fruit and vegetables. I usually snack on salad with different vegies. Fills me up and if you are counting points-- watch the dressings.

emoticon to the team and here's to much success as you start WW. Snacking can be a problem for me too but I incorporate the free foods as much as possible and drink lots of water. Keep us posted on how you are doing.

Hi!

I am just about to start Weight Watchers for the first time. I'm already incorporating Pilates into my day, trying to go from 3x's/week to 4x's/week. I just made out my menu for the week, using one of the WW cookbooks. I think the main problems I have are snacking, sweets and an occasional drink at night.
