Welcome to the team! To be honest, I don't eat a lot of grains either. I get most of my carbs from the fruit and veggies that I eat. I am gluten sensitive and the gluten free stuff just isn't the same. I eat so much protein and veggies. I do try to throw in beans or something like that each day too. Great job at your 50 pounds lost!
