My name is Bill. Several years ago I joined Sparkpeople.com. But my job and my life got in the way is my finding my goal. Today I am retired and re-invigorated. I have the time and energy to do a daily cardio workout and my wife and I practice a more healthy lifestyle. I am much closer to my goal than I was 10 years past and I'm excited to rejoin the Sparkpeople community.
