Hello! I am a former member of this team. I get in my activity every day by doing household chores.

I have workouts by Leslie Sansone and Joyce Vedral but get so intimidated that I will never look as good as them. BUT, I DO get in those 10 minutes. A problem? I always forget to log in my activity at the end of the day. I work, do the cooking and cleaning then by the end of the day, exhausted.

Any comments?

Hi Team.
I new to this site and still learning all the perks and how to's. But I am already in love with the site even though I don't have it all figured out. I just turned 47 and I also just quit smoking on the 1st of the year. I'm doing really good on that! emoticon I have joined a fitness program and gym that referred me to this site to log my food and I am learning a lot of different things. So far I have lost 7 lbs and 4 inches around my waist because the fitness instructor is really good. And today is weigh in and measurement taking day for me. I can't wait to see if I have lost anything. I got a Garmin Vivofit 2 for my birthday and am learning that I need to move much more than I do, hence why I have joined this 10 minutes a day team. Thanks everyone for listening to me. Have a Blessed Day.

Hi my name is Ida (outdoorgirl71). I just celebrated 8 years on Spark People. I am trying this team as I do at least 10 min of walking or exercising a day. I am 71 and have a lot of medical problems, but I do whatever I can to stay healthy. Hope to get a lot of support and a lot of different people posting. Most of my teams it is just myself and maybe 1 or 2 others even though there may be over 200,000 members. If you do not want to post on the team I feel you should leave.

I am Cher, short for Cherie. I joined SP a week ago. I want to exercise everyday and raise my fitness from 10 minutes to 60 in time. I have been a diet and exercise controlled Diabetic for 45 years. I have been sick this past year and had a major surgery. My Diabetes has raised and I have very very high Cholesterol. I joined this team to help me meet my exercise goals to lower my Cholesterol to healthy levels and return to being a diet and exercise controlled Diabetic. I have been losing weight and have at least 17 pounds left to lose. In the past
I lost 78 pounds over 2 years and kept it off for 12 years. Then I got sick and gained back 34 pounds because I was down in bed most of the time. I am already feeling much better since I joined SP. Thank You SP.
