I did manage to rearrange some furniture because my Lazy Boy chair is broken, which I shouldn't have been doing, but I was pretty careful. Cleaned a bit while I was at it.

Guess that is my exercise for the day. LOL

Sometimes we end up taking a bit of a detour! It may be because we're taking care of someone, finances get in the way, kids on your nerves, and just like you needing some sleep and more energy. The good thing about a detour, is that it always brings you back to the main road! So tomorrow, I do believe you'll be back on the main road! Get some sleep and rest!

I have found that knowing I have to do 10 minutes of exercise is motivating because if I want, after 10 minutes I have reached a goal.

You're doing the right thing by getting back to the basics! Baby steps is what it's all about! You have more baby steps adding up to your ULTIMATE GOAL than any other. You proved that to yourself with the 20 min 3x a week. That was a giant step and you weren't able to carry it out, so you had to step back and re-evaluate the situation. You lost so many steps, as that mountain was looming so tall in front of you. emoticon for understanding that and adjusting your workout routine! emoticon and I'm right here to help you! I'll be your cheerleader emoticon and I'll scream and shout emoticon at the top of my lungs to keep you motivated and to your goals. Yes, goals, as you'll have many baby goals along the way to getting you fit as a fiddle! If there is anything I can do for you, just HOLLER and I'll do the best that I can to give you a hand up!

I joined this team because I have a goal to do resistance exercises at least 3 times a week and am struggling with it. It just seems so silly 20min 3x a week--I'm just not getting it done. So I stepped back and decided to get back to basics. The 10 minute....just 10 minutes, might be just the ticket to getting through this mental hurdle.
