Welcome to the team and to Spark People. You have come to the right place. This site has so many tools and resources that are so helpful and easy to use. I have found the trackers to be my greatest ally. I am making better decisions about eating since I have been tracking my food intake. I make sure that I log my food everyday, usually after each meal, so that I am accountable for everything that I eat, even when I splurge.
