You can do it -- breaking big goals into small chunks is the way to go. I LOVE 10 minute fitness goals and still use this strategy myself.

I have tried and failed so many times that i am breaking everything down in increments of 10 this time around-weighing in every 10 days, working out at least 10 minutes a day if nothing else, and tracking every little calorie, even if it is only 10 measly little ones! Glad to be here!
