If you go to Healthy Lifestyle at the top of the page and then click on Fitness. That will take you to the fitness articles and information. There are a bunch of fitness videos posted that are 10 minutes or less. There are also articles listing different exercise you can mix together for a 10 minute workout.

I read The Spark, and the first thing I did was get up in the morning and do 10 minutes of exercise. It really gives me energy.

My problem is I need new 10 minute exercises. Is there a place on Sparkpeople that just has 10 minute ideas (not the whole workout)?
