I find it hard to get into a routine also. My weakness is when my husband gets home from work, which is around 10 pm. Then he goes and makes something to eat and comes back to our room sits in front of the tv and eats. By then it has been four hours since I ate anything and the smell makes my stomach start growling. Then..... well we all know what happens. Anyway welcome to our team! You will do great. Since I have joined I lost 5 or 6 lbs. I was going strictly by the plan, but I think I am going to keep track of my own way this week. I don't think it was suggesting the right foods for my body type.
