Welcome! Glad you joined us. We probably all started as walk/runners, it's a great way to start. You should check out a Couch to 5k program (C25K) or Run Your Butt Off (that is the one I followed).

Hi

I'm Eighth Note.
I have wanted to be a runner for a while but I just started today. It was mostly walking but I did run on full lap, Not bad for my first time, I think. In any case, I hope to meet/interact with some fellow runners and get fit at the same time.
