Actually, yesterday and today have been stressful. I have been stress-eating which is very bad. Haven't been eating due to stress in a while.

Fortunately, I haven't really eaten anything crazy or in large portions.

no, gained 2 pounds in last 7 days,had Dads 90th Birthday with cake,went out for chinese for dinner one night and had a healthy cooking class where I got 2 servings. On track starting tomorrow.
