I'm kind of in the same boat (just too lazy to row...) Now that I've got the nutrition tracking down it's time to start exercising. But I'm still not ready to do the strength training, etc. So I strapped on my trusty pedometer today and am going for the 10,000 steps a day.

I joined the 1000 minutes/month exercise tracker goal and hoping this will get me motivated. I've been doing well on the diet part but not the daily (or even weekly for that matter) exercise program. i have got to stop being lazy. (vacation is coming up, yikes!!)
