Hello my friends! I am a 62-year-old married grandmother who lost 33 pounds three years ago through mindful eating, walking and running the treadmill. Unfortunately a broken relationship with someone my family considered a son happened. Now, as I write, I gained 32 pounds back. I am ready to transform myself. With all your support, I can do it. I need to have low purine diet, diabetic and low cholesterol diet. My goal is to lose 50 pounds for my son's wedding on May 27. I believe I can make it with your support.
